I want to talk more about mindset today because listen, when I think about all the areas

of my life where I really used to struggle and now I'm having success in all of those

I changed the way I thought about myself and I changed the way I talked to myself.

I think that honestly had the biggest impact and I know, listen, people used to always

talk about mindset and even when I was making mindset shifts and didn't realize that's

what was happening when people would talk about this being mindful and I was like, I

don't even know what you're talking about.

This is what people who do a lot of yoga and eat a lot of quinoa say, but what does that

And they used to always call that sort of woo woo stuff, you know, like some new age,

But what I've really discovered is what mindset really is, is how we're, our thoughts,

And I'm not talking about being positive all the time and looking everything as a turning
