earthquake. And of course, this is a very prescient book and we talk a lot about that.

tsunamis occurring there and of course the hurricane

Hurricane Harvey in Houston there's one thing you won't hear me talk about and

that's Hurricane Irma in Florida that's simply because we recorded this episode prior to Irma even taking shape.

I'm not intentionally leaving that out.

It just, it hadn't occurred yet when we sat down to chat so just keep that in mind.
