Today we're catching up on some Tesla news from over the weekend,

as well as some EV news from other automakers.

The NASDAQ was closed today so no movement in Tesla stock as of yet.

However, it was open for trading on the Frankfurt market and it closed there just above

$306 so slightly up on the day.

Shortly after I published the episode on Friday, Tesla did announce that they will be releasing

the Q4 earnings report on Wednesday, January 30th.

So that's the earliest date that we had discussed

as being a potential option for Tesla.

It's going to be one full week earlier

than last year, and three weeks earlier

from the Q4 report of two years ago.

Now, of course, we saw a similar thing in Q3.

Tesla gave a little bit shorter notice in that case,

though.

I think going from memory, it was maybe three days of notice.

Now we've got a little bit over a week for Q3 when they

announced that early date the stock price went up pretty significantly that

next day in anticipation of likely good news usually when you have good news you
