0:00.0	You know, we think just because we become entrepreneurs and we don't have somebody hanging over us as a leader or a manager holding us accountable to results that, well, I can do this as my company. Yeah. Oh, you still have responsibility. Yeah. You still have responsibility of your business. You have responsibility of your family. You have responsibility of your employees. Yeah. Right. So you do have somebody you're accountable to. Yeah. Right. At the end of the day, you should be ashamed to abandon that to take chase a pleasure.

0:25.0	You know, for, for 21 years, I did not chase after things I wanted in life because I had a

0:35.1	I had responsibility to my, my, my, my organizations I was leading, right?
0:40.6	But when I got to a point where I earned the right, I call it ETR, earn the right to chase

0:50.0	Earn the right to take nine days off, 12 days off, 15 days off as an entrepreneur.
1:29.3	Like nobody, when you sign up to be an entrepreneur, nobody handles you, you know, 15 days of sick time. Yeah. Nobody handles you, handles you three weeks of vacation. Yeah. You sign up for being an entrepreneur. You're signing up for the responsibility to being an entrepreneur. Yeah. Earn it. Earn the right to take the vacation. Earn the right to chase your passion. But you do that based on your purpose. But people don't ever do that. They don't ever push to building that business because they don't know why they're doing it in the first place. Yeah. Right. So at some point they lose that fire. They lose that passion to want to just do a deal, just to make money.

1:35.2	It's about why you're doing it and what you're pushing towards.

1:39.8	So your purpose, I think I had this confused. So your purpose could not be the actual business.
