| 0:39.5 | Jeff, it's been another week of injuries and crazy stuff in baseball. |
| 0:44.1 | How is everything in your baseball world there? |
| 0:46.5 | Pretty good. |
| 0:47.1 | Pretty good. |
| 0:47.7 | I mean, I've got some leagues that are requiring more work than others, as is the case, usually. |
| 0:52.3 | But, you know, I'm having a lot of fun. L.A. Daler Cruz is good this week, so it's fun watching that. Our Reds had a great weekend after a terrible start to the week. I'm in a good mood. That is good. You guys are, you guys are, I watch your team in the main event. You guys are hanging in there really nicely, good place to kind of be in after, you know, what is this, three and a half weeks or so. Right. My team's less so. There's been a really rough start. I am enjoying it less than you are at the so far. Yeah, I haven't had this been a bad start in quite a while. So it's going to be digging out of some holes here. but I'm looking for the challenge a little bit while wishing I didn't have to partake in it. |
| 2:00.9 | Yeah, I hear you. I hear you on that, Scott. It's no fun being part of the 700 Club or 800 Club now. I'm not quite there, but I'm not far away from it at the moment. No, that's just, uh, as, as more self referential there. Self deferential, even, um, as the case may be, uh, no, I, yeah, you've got some struggles, but you're also, you're a veteran of this process. You know how things can change in a hurry. Your players start doing what they're supposed to be doing. It's okay. and I know you've got some, it's mostly on the pitching side where you need to do a little bit of work. And that's the thing that can kind of turn things around pretty quickly too. Yeah, it can. I think, I think the point of a lot of my players need to do what they're supposed to do is, is pretty big. Although it had some injuries, but most of it's just been poor performance but again again, it's April 21st. Like, it's going to look a lot different in a couple months. But my, my Vegas main event league is really, really active in Fab. So it's been a tough struggle there. Like guys that I'm getting in other leagues, not close to getting. So as we get into Fab, we'll talk about that. But it's interesting how, you know, a league like's really active, can really impact a lot. But before we get into Fab, Jeff, baseball is wild. There are two, like, historically bad teams right now. Yeah, there are. Colorado's awful. They're 5 and 17, but they are still better than the White Sox score. Three and 18 right now have lost three in a row. They give it up, but they've scored 45 runs in 21 games, been shut out seven times. I think the stat was the only team is since, uh, since stats started in 1901, this has seven shutouts in the first 20 games of the season. I know they had, they had like three of their main hitters hurt, but man, the Rockies are really bad, socks are just horrid yeah and let's not forget special love for the marlins here too i mean |
| 3:12.8 | they're they're right they've entered they got to enter the chat here as well you're right |
| 3:16.4 | you're right wow yeah uh and and and their run differentials in that same zone as well |
| 3:23.8 | which is is pretty crazy. |
| 3:25.8 | Uh, Rockies did win the first game of this double header and a pretty bizarre finish of the game. |
| 3:30.0 | I don't know if you saw the ninth inning slash extra innings. |
| 3:33.8 | I saw the, uh, fan reaching over and they rolled an out rather than a home run, right? |
| 3:38.4 | Yes, that's right. Um, not a ground rule double, not a, but not a homer, but an out. I saw a quick clip of it. Was it the right call? I think it was definitely fan interference. I don't think the ball would have gone out. Okay. And I guess there's not much leeway between like either it's an out or it's it's a homer. |
| 3:58.9 | There was I don't think they could have ruled it a ground rule double because it's not like, |
| 4:03.0 | uh, because it clearly interfered with the fielder is the way as I saw that there. |
