The second week of the NBA season is in the books.

The Nuggets first traveled to Minneapolis to face Anthony Edwards-less Timberwolves.

They started the game well with dominant baskets from all the starters except Cam Johnson, who had a weirdly

bad game overall. After creating an early lead, the second quarter put the nuggets into

an eight-point hole. That is when Jamal Marie, who played very well in the first half,

just exploded and put the team on his back. 23 points in this period and 43 points total, while being plus 30 in a 13 point win.

Tim Hardaway and Peyton Watson were excellent off the bench and both closed the game

next to Jamal, Aaron and Nicola.

Yes, Christian Brown had also a bad game.
