0:40.4	did a review of a book called Early Retirement Extreme and it just blew my mind and that was when I realized that early financial independence was possible and if you saved enough money you could then live on it and not have to rely on work anymore.
0:55.0	So I'd say that was probably the most influential article I've ever read in my life because it completely changed everything.
1:01.0	And over the years I've heard lots of stories
1:04.6	from people about who introduced them to the idea of fire.
1:07.7	And Mr. Money Mustache is a big one.
1:10.2	And even this podcast has introduced some people to the concept which is amazing to me
1:15.0	but Jacob and ERE is what did it for me so it's an honor to be able to talk to the
1:22.2	guy that changed my life in so many ways.
