Fanning footballers DFS and DFS and Betting Podcast, I'm your host, Kyle Borgannoni, and I am joined, as always, by Matthew Jim Carrey Betts. Dude, that was not good. Kyle and I were talking before we started recording about Jim Carrey movies, and there's one that I haven't seen that I need to watch and one that he hasn't seen that he needs to watch.

Mine's egregious. Yeah, well, come on, Kyle. Kyle's never seen Dumb and Dumber, which is, look, if that's not your type of humor, I get it. It is my type of humor, though. And the actual movie itself, I don't think is great, if I'm being honest. But the quotability is fantastic, and I feel like I quote that movie at least once a week, so you have to watch it.

I've never seen the Truman show. Oh, baby. And Kyle tells me I'm missing out. So we both have some homework to do this off season. And it's a great time of the year for some off season homework that's not football related. But Kyle, come on, dude. We don't have time for that, okay? We have to chart opening kickoff hit rate. We have to track the opening national anthem link. We have to research the Gatorade Color. There is real homework to be done before next Sunday, so I don't have time for these movies, Kyle. I need to grind the tape and look at some of these props. I'm a little sad, man. I was excited to come on the show and drop one of these fun, weird bets that I like to make on the Super Bowl. The books aren't, they're not hanging them out there yet. So hopefully we have some for next week. But they've had, next week. Yeah, they'll have them next week. They had player props up like Monday morning for like every player in the game.

So, uh, books are on it this year, but they haven't had any of the fun cross-over props that I

like or any of the weird opener stuff like that. But I'll have a couple on today's show. I know

you have one as well. We already released a couple in the DFS past. So we are making our way

towards the big game. Making our way downtown. You're right. The thing about the Gatorade color, I went back and looked at our dock last year, and I was just looking at your notes. Your intense notes that you had there. And you were like, why are they laying this line with red? We've never had red before. And you were giving all this analysis of why red was overpriced.

What was it last year? It was yellow slash lime green. Told you. Told you. Is that what you, what you, I can't even remember if we bet that. I didn't bet it. I never bet it. But I look at the prices this year, Kyle. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. I mean, they are just, they're baiting us with purple.

Purple is the value play.

Plus 800. Are you kidding me? Oh, man. See, my kids can get in on that. But I have to make sure that I talk about it in a way where my whole family gets in on it. And the way you do that is we're just investing. We are predicting

what's going on. Amen? Take your kid's allowance. Listen, son. You want to turn 15 bucks into 40?

You've been on purple. I'm sorry, you invest in purple. Oh, man, it was so good. The other night,

the twins are three years old. We took

the girls out for burgers on Saturday night, fun little Saturday night activity with the fam. And I leaned over to one of my twins and I said, hey, did you bring your piggyback? She looked at me and she was like, panic. She's like, no. I was like, well, how are we paying for this? She just looked right back

at me and I didn't know how to answer.

I was like, come on, I'm kidding.

But yeah, no. I was like, well, how are we paying for this? She just looked right back at me and I didn't know how to answer. I was like, come on, I'm kidding. But yeah, man, I mean, if you're not getting your kids investing early, are you even a real dad? Maybe not, maybe, because we know how much money we've lost over the years on their college fund, so it's a chance for them to redeem it. That's exactly right.
