The 2025 fantasy season is officially a wrap.

Hopefully you all secured a fantasy championship along the way.

But if not, that's okay too because there's always next year.

And speaking of next year, we literally couldn't look ahead to next year any sooner.

Because with the 2025 season ending, or fantasy season anyways, ending less than 24 hours ago at the time of recording this,

we'll be taking an early look at the 2026 fantasy rankings. Have some fun with that.

I'm John McRey, joined as always by PFF's lead fantasy analyst, Nathan Yonke, for the PFF Fantasy

podcast, the first official episode of the 2026 off season, Nate. So first of all, how are you coming out of the 2025 season?

I'm doing well.

First off, congratulations to all the new fantasy football champions out there.

I know I won some of my leagues, including our Discord league.

We had leagues with members of our Discord, and I ended up winning that.

So I was happy to see that as well as a couple other leagues.

Always wish I could have won more leagues, but we'll move on from that and we'll look

ahead to 2026.

It was a lot of fun putting these early rankings together.

It's a fun exercise every year.

I know a couple years ago I had Austin Echler 4th when I did this before he had his breakout year. So it ended up

being a good opportunity for me there. So hopefully I hit some things fairly early on this year.

That may be some other fantasy analysts won't catch on for another several months.

It was a fun exercise because as much as we know so much can change in the off season.
