What's going on, everybody? How are you all doing today? I hope you are out enjoying your Sunday,

or maybe your week is started and you're listening to this on a Monday. But regardless,

the Eagles week started on Sunday as they were back at the NovaCare Complex for day eight

of training camp. Crazy, it's already been eight days.

We might be halfway through the amount of practices we get to see this spring, which is, of course,

very sad because I love Eagles training camp, love talking to you guys about what happens at

Eagles training camp. So let's get into what happened at Eagles training camp on Sunday. The Eagles

were there at 10 a.m.

NovaCare Complex.

It was a good day.

It was a sunny day, not super hot.

I feel like the sunny days recently have been so hot that it's kind of impacted practice.

And then, you know, Friday's practice was shady and they got in a ton of reps, 46 reps.

You know, there will not be many training camp practices I get to watch that'll be better than this past Friday, just in terms

of weather and reps and all that. But Sunday was a good day. I would say it was a nice mixture

between the very intense heated practice of Friday and some of the more laxadaisical practices. Like on Thursday, I thought
