Let the celebration begin. This is for you. Well, the good news is room we did not melt.

It was steamy out there.

It was by far the hottest day of summer or high to stay at practice.

Practice ended.

We were talking to Jack Stoll, the tight end, and he took one look at me and looked at my shirt and I did change my shirt after practice and said,

man you look sweaty than I am. That's not a good feeling.

And the players are like, you all right. Yeah, yeah, but you know I'll tell you what they for a day where it was they

practice for just under two hours and it was in the low 90s by the time it ended

high 80s mid 80s when it started they got through it pretty well.

Yeah guys looked okay after too I mean and they did make a point for hydration breaks during this practice.

Normally they'll take a break and everyone's kind of supposed to get a drink then,

but you could hear the coaches saying,

water break, hydration break, hydrate now,

as opposed to do whatever you want you'll be alright it was hot

out there and they've done practice an hour for that reason yeah yeah nine o'clock

instead of ten o'clock and I guess a lot of old timers think they're soft for doing that kind of stuff, but it's just smart. It's being smart. You're not out there in the in the worst of the heat, but it you what you're still getting challenged I mean

90 92 is no joke and and the water stuff it's all about keeping them healthy I mean it

doesn't it doesn't make sense to get

guys sick or get guys dehydrated just to proof you're a man or something. I don't

know the old days that's what they did but they got there working it was very hot they took care of them they checked
