here at our hotel. We were just on the practice fields and we saw about

one hour or 48 minutes of practice, a pretty good session, a lot to get to today.

Yeah, yeah, I thought it was pretty high level,

no fights, good work.

Yeah, there was a nice level of chippiness

without it kind of spilling over into being a fight.

Yeah, yeah, I think that's fair.

And that's what they want. That's what the coaches want. They don't want braws, but they want it to be

intense and competitive and physical and I think was all these things. It was you know what's interesting? Fletcher Cox told us before the practice, a few of the Eagles leaders and a few of the

Browns leaders got together and just kind of talked it out and said, hey, like we want to make sure

that we don't fight each other and we get good work in we don't ruin it for ourselves.

And then a fight broke out during that conversation.

And that's not true.

But he said that's something they kind of do with just about every joint practice.

There was kind of a meeting before that. Just basically saying,

hey, I'll keep my guys in check if you keep your guys in check. And it seemed to work. And it was fun though. There was some
