Another practice in the books, but the good news is the preseason is actually going to look a little bit like a real game, kind of maybe. Yeah at least the first 15 minutes or 12 minutes

starters will play. Not a lot, but they will be out there. That's very exciting. This is the Eagle Lab podcast with Rubin Frank.

Day 10 of training camp in the books,

the final practice before Friday's preseason opener.

So we have a lot to talk about today.

We want to mention the starters getting a chance to play.

We'll kind of give the positives and negatives of that decision.

Cam Jorgon's now the first team center for, we'll see how long and then

we'll get in some practice observations and some of the player interviews after practice including

J. L. J. L. Rager speaking for the first time in quite a while.

However, let's start with the starters.

Nick Seriana said the first one or two series will go to the starters in the preseason.

That means Jaylen hurts. And it's, he didn't get any preseason action last year. I think this is a good thing.

Yeah, it has to be a good thing. And, uh, look, they do a lot of things different you know this coaching staff and this

you know analytics tells them not to do this don't do this don't do that so it's nice to

know that somewhere in there playing in the preseason still plays some some small role
