Rub it was looking a little hairy at half time, but the Eagles get it done.

They beat the commanders in week 16, 29 to 18. They're back

to back division champs. What was my score? Oh, 2919. Not bad. Yeah, it was, it was kind of, look,

Washington makes things difficult for the Eagles. Even when they're bad and Eagles are good, it's just, they just make things difficult. It doesn't matter who their quarterback is, who their coach is. There's something about going down to that dump of a stadium and things rarely come easy for him. But, you know, I liked how they responded. Yeah, they were down and going into the third quarter, going on a half time. It was a bad first half. I mean, starting with the first play of the game, you fumble, you give them a free field goal. They gave up that long touchdown drive. But, yeah, after that, they just kind of settled down, did what they had to do. There was a lot to like about the way they played after that getting in that deficit.

Like we said, back-to-back division champs, the first time we've seen that in the NFC East in over two decades. So, you know, we talk a lot week to week about the struggles and it's natural, right?

We're trying this team has high expectations.

We've talked about them potentially repeating a Super Bowl champion.

So the bar is very high.

But I think on a night like this, you can take a step back and just appreciate this era of Eagles football because it really is special.

Yeah, I couldn't agree more.

I mean, this is five straight years for Nick in the

playoffs. He becomes only the fifth head coach in history to take his first five teams to the postseason,

along with Paul Brown with the Browns, like in the 40s and 50s. Bill Coward did it with the Steelers,

our old friend John Harbaugh, his first five years with the Ravens,

and Chuck Knox with the Rams way back when.

So it's a pretty good group, two Hall of Famers.

I think Harbs will probably be a Hall of Famer.

He might need another Super Bowl to get that,

but he's been doing it at a high level for a long time.

So that's really good company.
