This is a tough podcast, Roo.

We will eventually flip and we'll talk Eagles,

Jaylin Hurts and the defense,

and some injured players who might be coming back.

But we have to start with the biggest news

in the sports world.

And it's tough to talk about.

It was tough to watch last night. De Mar Hamlin, the safety from the Buffalo Bills,

cardiac arrest on the field, had to get CPR,

was transported to the hospital,

and we're short on updates outside of knowing

that he's in critical conditions.

So it's one of those moments where it just reminds you

that the product on the field is clearly not the most important

thing. We've seen the outpouring of support from the NFL community from the Eagles and we'll attempt to talk about it as well as we can.

It's tough but maybe cathartic.
