Hi folks, Eagles Beat reporter Mike Kay here from NJ Advanced Media and and this is your latest update from the No Huddle Show podcast. The Eagles made a huge pre-draft trade on Friday. The Eagles and Dolphins rocked the first round, swapping first-round picks, and then some following Miami's epic deal with the 49ers that landed them the number 12 pick, a 22 third round

pick, and first round selections in 2022 and 2023. The Eagles then traded the number six overall

pick, along with the fifth rounder acquired from Dallas last year to Miami for the 12th overall

pick, a fourth round pick and and a 2022 first round pick.

Some Eagles fans are bummed following the Eagles trade back with the dolphins.

The Eagles push themselves out of the top 10 picks, and now they aren't likely to land a blue chip playmaker like Florida tight end Kyle Pitts or LSU wide receiver Jamar Chase.

However, it's worth noting, with so much attention paid to the

quarterback spot in the top 10, some really talented wide receivers and quarterbacks could make

it to the 12th overall pick. Alabama's Devontas Smith, Jalen Waddle, and Patrick Sartan could slip to

number 12. So could South Carolina cornerback J.C. Horn. If the Eagles want to move back into the top 10 of the first round, they had the ammunition

to do so. Following the Carson went to Colts trade, the Eagles have two third-round picks that can
