Special Teams Chaos led the way for week 3 in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles had two blocked field goals, one returned by Jordan Davis for a touchdown, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers overcame a blocked field goal also returned for a touchdown (by Will McDonald IV) to beat the New York Jets on a FG as time ran out and the Cleveland Browns blocked a game winning field goal attempt and converted their own to hand the Green Bay Packers their first loss of the season!
