I don't ever remember in my lifetime a six point loss that felt more like a 60 point loss just now at no point, Elliott.

I know they only lost the game by six points at no point at all during that game. Not one time, Elliott, that I think they would actually win the game.

How are you doing, pal?

I remember last week after they beat the Panthers, I tweeted something like I still can't believe they won that game.

And this morning I almost tweeted, I'm still so sure that they lost that game.

Like, it's not like there was a, and we're going to get into all of it, but there was a certain part of me last night that was watching it and was kind of like what did people expect?

Like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are super bowl champions. They're, you know, if not the best team in the league this year, like they're top three, four, right?

Like they have a team built to win now. And the Eagles are not that like, and you know, we did a preview pod and there were, there were some reasons to feel like maybe they could keep a close.

But a lot of them were like, maybe Brady won't care. It's on a short week. You know, like there was not a ton of like real reasons. And I think the difference between the two teams was obvious.

Like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are an extremely talented, well-coached oil machine. The Eagles are a team that literally can't get out of their own way.

So yes, the score ends up, you know, down six. And I agree with you, they were never going to win that game.

But you know, like they did get the ball back down six. Like there were times where it was like, okay, like maybe they can do this.

But yeah, I mean, yeah, like right off the bat, this is, this is a bit of a tangent. But let me just like, dude, why are they kicking the ball off the Tom Brady to start the game?

Like I understand analytics, say you're better off to take it to start the second half and blah, blah, blah. Like they think about just like the real life impact of doing that.

The crowd is pumped. Like everyone's excited to go. They kick into Brady and they're like down seven, nothing. Like that's it, you know, like this little things like that, where I think they're doing things because they think it's the right thing to do.

And like the analytics say to do it, but in reality, it's not working for this team. And I just think kicking off to Brady to start the game was such a buzzkill. It was such an immediate like, yeah, okay, this is exactly what we thought it was going to be.

Yeah, it's exactly what we expected to go right down the field. No problem. They score. And it was just such a complete buzzkill of like killing any momentum where you were thinking, okay, maybe they could do this.

I'm with you. I didn't think about it in those specific terms in the moment. And I'm sure that was something that you felt even more being in the building, but I totally agree with it.

And it's just one example of many of this coach just not having a feel for what he's doing. And look, I get it. You know, he has never been at coach at any level before.
