Summary

At the helm of a company called Clean Green Fuel, Rodney Hailey claims to make biodiesel from recycled restaurant grease and takes part in an Environmental Protection Agency program meant to boost the production of renewable fuel and cut the U.S.'s dependence on foreign oil. And it pays well. He uses private planes for vacations and buys more than a dozen luxury cars. The problem: Hailey's producing zero biofuel and is merely generating fake information and passing it off to unsuspecting buyers.
