Wanting to use his experience in the business world to get back to something he really loved, Steve joined Athletes' Performance/EXOS to lead recruiting. Having placed hundreds of performance professionals, he then started a consulting business where he worked with organizations including teams across the NBA, MLB, MLS, NCAA, UFC, and multiple Olympic teams. Steve is currently working full-time with Tonal, a connected fitness technology company in San Francisco where he is the Manager of Recruiting.
