Today I want to talk to you about when you send emails and you're trying to send out

email blasts and you're using your regular email or you're using a Gmail account.

Is that legal?

So I'm going to tell you the official answer is no, it's not legal because you're not

giving people an opportunity to opt out automatically on their own without telling you.

So that part is not legal.

So what I would advise and the reason why I want to talk about this is I have a couple

of clients when we were talking about strategy and we're talking about email marketing.
