And I think it's appropriate to bring this up because there's been a lot of civil unrest

for a lot of different reasons in the past few months.

Things going on in the world, things going on in our own country, but there's also things

going on in our industry and have been for a long time

that have left coaches and leaders within the performance community feeling stuck,

disheartened, overwhelmed, angry, frustrated. A lot of them look to governing bodies or other people
