0:05.4	Listen, there are serious barriers before we get into today's topic that coaches and

0:10.6	And I think it's appropriate to bring this up because there's been a lot of civil unrest
0:14.4	for a lot of different reasons in the past few months.
0:18.0	Things going on in the world, things going on in our own country, but there's also things
0:21.9	going on in our industry and have been for a long time
0:25.6	that have left coaches and leaders within the performance community feeling stuck,
0:29.6	disheartened, overwhelmed, angry, frustrated. A lot of them look to governing bodies or other people
0:35.6	and all they find is gurus and people that make them feel less than or confused. And I think
