Summary

This week I'm joined by Dr. Alisa Angelone, who has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, to dive into the inner recesses of my mind. It's enlightening to say the least. We talk about the stigma around therapy, discuss those by-the-book hometown dates from The Bachelor, and talk with a fan whose parents have been married and divorced three times. Let's get vulnerable. If you have any sex or dating questions, send them to asknick@kastmedia.com!
