Summary

Nonduality is not an abstract philosophy but a practical spiritual path rooted in everyday life. The Universe is one unified system, but we can’t see it that way because we need certain parts to be certain ways. This is because we don’t feel whole within ourselves, so we differentiate the outside based on what we think will make us feel better or worse. Once we feel whole and at peace inside, everything is free to be as it is—one nondual reality.

2:04.6	Somebody's into sports cars, said, I saw Ferrari.
2:09.1	Somebody was into electric vehicles, said, I saw a Tesla.
2:12.7	Somebody's into Mustangs, I saw a 67 Mustang.
2:16.7	They didn't see a car. They saw the differentiation.
2:19.3	What's that gap between the type of car, the type of this, and a car?
2:26.3	Your mind.
2:28.3	You didn't see the Ferrari, you saw a car.
2:30.3	You didn't see a red car, right?
2:32.3	You saw a cherry apple red, your favorite color.
2:36.6	Your mind is making that distinction based upon what?
