What's up everybody? Welcome back to another episode of Schnitt Talk, a Barstool Sports Podcast.

Okay, so today's episode is going to be a little bit different. It's definitely not going to be our normal episode.

We're going to talk about what's been happening in the world, in America,

with regards to the protests, the George Floyd, police brutality, race, etc.

And if you think that this is not our place to talk about it, I just want you to think about for a second.

Well, first of all, I understand it's too white girl talking about race.

It's maybe not the most effective thing in the world, but I think that white people should be having conversations about race.

I think you should be having conversations about race with your friends and with your family and with yourself.

But also this show, everything that we talk about on this show is about living your life in the best way possible.

And it's through a feminist perspective.

And if your feminism is not intersectional, meaning it doesn't include women of color, that it's not feminism.

And so I think this is something that we really, really need to address.

And it's important to me to say something.

Mostly what we're going to focus on in this episode are concrete actions that you can take to both combat racism and help this movement.

We're also going to have someone on to talk about the protests.

We're going to debunk some of the protest myth.

And also, you know, if protesting something you're interested in, just talking about that experience and how you can get involved.

But, like you want to say the right things and support.
