| 1:13.1 | originally from Wisconsin, went to Indiana University. At the onset of my time in Bloomington, |
| 1:19.8 | I thought I was going to ultimately go to law school, pivoted my junior year, didn't totally |
| 1:25.0 | know what I wanted to do, but knew that I didn't want to be a lawyer. |
| 1:29.7 | So I had degrees in public affairs in sociology and, you know, ultimately leveraged the public |
| 1:37.8 | affairs with the focus on public finance to a job at a company called PFm group, which is the largest advisor to states and |
| 1:45.9 | local governments for large-scale capital projects. |
| 1:49.5 | And did that for a few years in Charlotte, North Carolina, and then they moved me to L.A. |
| 1:57.0 | And by chance worked on a couple of stadium and arena projects for local and state government |
| 2:03.3 | and sort of learned how municipalities contributed dollars to private sports stadiums. |
