Summary

Life feels complicated only because we become entangled in our thoughts, emotions, and external experiences. Spiritual growth involves recognizing that our conscious awareness, which is transcendent to these phenomena, is the essence of our being. As such, we do not have to become overly identified with these fleeting experiences. By learning to handle all of life’s experiences without reactive resistance, we can maintain inner peace and return to the source of our being.

1:30.3	Every one of us, except for great saints, we're in trouble. We're not okay inside. We don't feel love, we don't feel joy, we don't feel enthusiasm all the time.

1:38.3	Why? It's not because there's not beauty inside of ourselves. There's so much beauty inside of you, it is incomprehensible.
1:48.0	If I even try to talk about it, I know you can't comprehend.
1:51.0	All of the energy of all the galaxies, of the entire universe, can be inside of you, can flow deep inside.
2:00.0	It doesn't come down on the body, the body would blow up, all right?
2:02.5	But you are a very, very, very great being.
2:05.3	You're filled with Shakti.
2:07.1	You're filled with love.
2:08.5	You're filled with wisdom.
2:09.6	You're filled with everything.
2:12.1	The best I can say it, and I don't know that people understand,
2:15.1	is right this moment, at this very moment, every single one of you are sitting in the divine state of complete oneness, complete enlightenment, complete merger with the whole universe. You've been there the entire time. But you're conscious. You're aware of being aware. I am that I am. That's what you are. The conscious being you're aware of being aware i am that i am that's what you are the conscious
