We're a little bit slow at the end of the month here with Christmas and New Year's.

I wanted to just first say thank you so much to everybody who has been given such great feedback on the Erica Commiser episode about being there and working mothers.

We tackled nannies and daycare and child care on the first three years of a baby's life and it's just been amazing the response

Overwhelmingly positive a lot of women people feeling encouraged about, yes, you should be prioritizing time with your baby

and society should support that and your family should support that as best they can and also
