There is never enough time in a day. I cram as much as possible into every single day to put myself into personal power. But at the same time I let time dictate nearly every aspect of my life. Where is the ME time? Sometimes the best growth comes during the slowest mental times in your life. Take your foot of the gas for a second before you start spinning your wheels. Recalibrate. Take control or your time instead of living the other way around.
