Summary

The roaring 20s brought jazz, the modern woman, flapper fashion and bathtub gin. But one misanthropic German couple decided to leave all material possessions behind and run away to a deserted island in the Galapagos, where they would start a new life, dedicated to the study of Nietzsche. Instead they found a hard unforgiving life that would end in murder, sex scandals and mysteries, join us for part one of this incredible tale. In this first part we talk about the Galapagos Islands and why Friedrich Ritter and Dore Strauch decided to seek a different life.

1:30.0	Building was a B52 and it was not. It was of course a B25. The B52 is much larger but wasn't in operation
1:38.0	yet. I think I was thinking of the B52's, the band. When I hear B52 I think of the shot.
1:44.8	Yeah, me too.
1:46.6	The last thing I think of is the third thing is plain.
1:49.1	It's like, band, shot, plain.
