So I'm kind of learning that the heart of diocesan priesthood is really about your people.

Which is not to say it's not about God.

Of course it is.

Of course it is.

But our mission.

I'm not saying that.

I'm not saying like I'm a glorified social worker or whatever.

But there are sometimes just like really amazing moments where I just get to be father for someone else.

Yeah.

And it's wonderful.

And they're just like, it was just last Sunday.

And so I, you know, said mass and everything.

And like I felt like my homily was okay.

It was, it was fine, you know.

It wasn't wrong, but maybe it wasn't my best, but okay, fine, whatever.

And thank goodness, I'm more calm about that than I would have been. I'm actually able to kind of just relax after, you know, preaching and have it be fine.

But, you know, going, my youth group started up again after a long break and seeing our young

people and like, I know them, they know me, and just hanging out with them and being with them

and how ridiculous they are. Yeah. And so, also there's great hope.

There's great hope for the culture of our youth.

Good.
