Summary

What we consider the “self” is just a construct of experiences and thoughts we’ve accumulated and identified with, forming the ego or self-concept. True spiritual growth begins by detaching from this mental construct and discovering the witness consciousness within. The great yogis achieved this by going inward, letting go of distractions, and recognizing the source of consciousness itself. They discovered that pure consciousness is actually the same force that creates and sustains the universe, called “Chit Shakti” or conscious energy. By learning to release past mental impressions, one can awaken to their true divine nature, the conscious energy that is the basis of all creation and existence.

1:48.2	there's energy we all know there's consciousness but we don't know although some of us do you will
1:54.0	if you work with yourself is that they're really all one word not separate words the word is chichakti because they're the same
2:02.9	thing that's the key consciousness and energy are the same thing just like we used to think
2:11.9	there was electricity and there was magnetism then they figured out that they were the same exact force.
2:21.3	Electricity and magnetism are the same thing.
2:24.5	If you wrap a metal rod inside of a coil and you spin it, it creates electricity.
2:31.3	If you take electricity and you spit around a metal rod, it creates magnetism.
2:36.0	The same thing.
2:37.0	It's coming in from different angles.
2:39.0	And so we now have what we call an electromagnetic spectrum.
2:42.0	They don't speak of them as separate.
2:44.0	You've heard of those words, the electromagnetic spectrum.
2:46.0	You think nothing of it.
