You know, I struggle with this, these back issues as to you and joint pain and arthritis.

And the only thing that saves my life as joint warfare.

But I thought I would start on days, and you have to correct me on this,

but I believe days with high pressure and moisture,

or is it low pressure and moisture where you feel it in your joints?

That's a good question.

I'm not entirely sure, but I can tell you days where it seems like it's like this outside

is when it's really bad.

So anyways, I'm going to start fasting on days like this.
