So it would be great if you could just start off with a quick background.

Yeah, absolutely.

So I'm currently based in London working as a senior associate within a sector specialist private equity firm.

I cover primarily continental Europe, some of the UK,

it varies depending on where you are in terms of the economy and what you're looking at within

that specific sector. I'm a German national. I've moved to the UK about five years ago,

five, five and a half years ago now.

And I effectively use business school here in London to break into banking within London.

I figured, you know, coming from Germany and making the transition would be extremely hard,

especially unless you have a, you have an outstanding academic track rate

of an outstanding internships and all these things.

So my case is certainly more of a hustle rather than the usual, you know, top-tier university,
