So I'm curious Father Anthony, what is the longest period in a day or the longest time amount of confessions you've heard in a day?

Single confession streak, if you will, three hours.

Three hours and that's, now is that the most you've heard in a day time was?

Uh, in a day, uh, maybe, yeah, it's hard to tell because I mean, uh, back in my old parish, we would kind of do

throughout the day, I'd end up doing two hours, but that could go longer but I think yeah for three

solid hours uh one time I heard confession straight through and it was exhausting I was I mean it also

was like seven or it was like six to nine so it's at the end of the day was this like an all-day

confession thing or something like that yeah so our diocese does this thing the light is on for you and basically every parishion in diocese from six to nine is supposed

to have confessions available. So everywhere. And yeah, and one year, people really took advantage

of it and I'd heard three hours of confessions and I was whooped. Yeah, it was great. It's beautiful.

So I was at our, at a women's retreat that is held in our diocese.

It's actually sponsored through my parish to hear a week and a half ago now.

It was awesome.

It was great. It was, it's funny. only priest there outside of just outside of one priest coming in to help me for a couple hours with confessions and didn't get a chance to really visit with people because like Saturday is like

the big day people arrive Friday night but Saturday's really the day sure yeah and I heard six and

a half hours of confessions that day I literally can't imagine that now granted granted it wasn granted, it wasn't straight, and I'm very grateful for that.

Right, right, right.

The longest streak I had that day was, actually, I did two two-hour sessions.
