I suffered like a lack of motivation and I didn't know what it was, you know? And I've

spoken to the psychologists at the club and stuff and it's like, what's changed? What's

changed? I had just bought a house in Barcelona and then my family were living there and

I was like, whoa, so everything that I've been working for all these years, now I've been

able to do it. Now I feel like, well, I'm playing for, you know, because my family are

already out. So then I had to refocus and then at that time, just a few years ago, my refocus

was like, I had just one, I think, right back of the year in the Premier League, the FA,

the FA team of the year, yeah. So I was like, now I want to be in the Champions League

team of the year or whatever, right? I want to be the best right back in the world. And

I felt like, yeah, cool, that motivated me, but that wasn't focused enough. That was just

too vague and was too, I don't know, I feel like I couldn't put, I couldn't touch it if

that makes sense, you know? Whereas now it's like, I wouldn't be better than what I was

yesterday and I know how I was yesterday. So I know how I can be today. So this is real.

And I feel like if I focus on that every day, I'm going to get closer and closer to where
