I have a proposition.

Not a proposition, maybe more of a reflection.

It's a personal opinion that is also true.

I believe that coffee at its best should be treated like a ritual.

Okay. It should, there should be time taken in the preparation. There should be time for

enjoyment. So that's why for me, a latte or a cappuccino is the ideal coffee for me.

Okay.

Because I've got this beautiful espresso machine.

So I ground the beans that producer Nick roasted for me.

That's not part of his job as podcaster, but he does that for me.

And then the interplay between the milk and the coffee beans and you take your time

and it's a beautiful experience. That's what coffee is meant to be for me. Okay. Coffee at its most

grotesque and it's rudest at the most crude and twisted version is you turn coffee which is supposed to be an experience

and even I would say maybe even a good in of itself you take that and you turn it into a tool

something to be used it becomes a medicine a transportation device for caffeine okay that being said

God and his great mercy will allow the second form of coffee for those

who are weak.

And right now, to my shame, but for the sake of the podcast, I am drinking Courage coffee.
