It’s truly more than I ever could have hoped for when I set on this podcasting journey. Join me as I detail how I’ve been able to use gratitude in my life to help me on my journey.

0:18.2	So I've been overcome with this crazy sense of gratitude and this isn't for show this isn't for

0:32.6	When I say multiple times, it's adding up very quickly.
0:35.7	Like this morning, Linda and I were in the gym.
0:37.6	We get up, go to the gym, do all my normal stuff.
0:39.5	I mean, you guys know a little bit about the core for
0:41.5	that wake up warriors instilled upon me, which is getting up and
0:44.8	meditating and then journaling and then having a green smoothie and sweating and reading
0:49.9	something to get my mind going, then sharing what I read, and also sharing a note of
0:54.9	appreciation with Gianna and Lindsay as two separate items. So every day I go to
1:00.9	the gym and I are in the gym this morning and I try to be pretty
1:03.9	focus in the gym but admittedly at that time and day I have a little AEDD the business days started and I'm getting
1:09.2	you know either text message or emails of starting to come in.
1:13.2	And in these emails or text messages or now
1:17.8	Instagram messages, I'm incredibly fortunate
1:21.8	to have you guys that are listening to this podcast
