It's a upsetting story about Harry and Megan being followed in I guess a two hour long chase saga throughout New York City after an event that Megan attended that was for women's foundation. Yeah, so her mom, Doria was with her. It was a three of them that was attending. It was like a women's gala in New York. Megan gave a whole speech. They left. And I guess they released a statement that said last night the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Miss Raglan.

We're involved in a near catastrophic car chase at the hands of a ring of highly aggressive paparazzi. This relentless pursuit lasting over two hours resulted in multiple near collisions involving other drivers on the road, pedestrians and two NYPD officers. While being a public figure comes with its level of interest from the public. It should never come at the cost of anyone's safety.

But why were they in a two hour chase? That's the only that's not weird to me. It's just like, well, it seems like that's how long it took to disperse paparazzi. My main level of concern for anyone is the pedestrians not involved in this chase.

I'm so glad that everyone is okay, especially Harry and Megan. And well, everyone, I hope I'm glad everyone is okay. Why is there a chase going on for two hours?

While I empathize with it must have been scary and traumatic for Harry and Megan to experience this. I don't think in any way it makes it okay for them to have done anything illegal from a traffic violation that may also put any other pedestrians at risk.

I don't think them being chased by paparazzi justifies them running red lights or speeding. And I don't know if that if that happened. But at the same time, a chase sure sounds like there's two different parties. The person being chased the party being chased and the chase serves.

Sure implies that there might have been some traffic violations in those two hours.

So this person said despite being confronted by uniform police multiple times, the paparazzi's cars continued their pursuit in trying to follow the Sussexes and Doria to the private residents they were staying at.

Traffic violations by the drivers included driving on a sidewalk, going through red lights reversing down a one way street, driving while photographing and illegally blocking a moving vehicle.

Photos of the couple that came as a result of the two hour chase briefly appeared on the daily mail this morning, but have since been removed a source close to the Sussexes says Harry Megan and Doria are understandably shaken, but thankful everyone's safe.

Can you imagine what was going through Harry's head in a car with Megan who he has literally said he tried to remove from the royal family so that she didn't become his mother. And he's sitting in the exact same situation his mother was in when she died.

So fucked up, yeah, but terrifying. I don't know. Like yeah, like the most triggering incident that could possibly happen, but he they they're not removing themselves from the spotlight.

So I don't know if Harry's done anything, you know, I would also argue though that the reason that they've made certain business decisions that they have is because their security has been stripped and he needs a way of being able to protect his family with security proven by this incident.

Literally, yeah, but why are they driving one of the taking a helicopter? You can rent a helicopter in New York. Yeah, but it that's expensive again. And then they do have a public eye over 200 million.

They're they're so loaded. They have money pouring in. They are probably warming their furnace with.

But you know how awful those articles would have been if someone have saw them get in a helicopter following a women's event.

They would have destroyed Megan. Who why the press? They would have said, who is this entitled bitch flying in a helicopter? There are people.

No one would have said that. Yes, they would have. They would have. They rip her apart. I'm sure someone would have said that, but they take helicopters. They fly.

The real thing is like, how do we regulate paparazzi? Like how do we like not even write like how do we make sure like there's any kind of enforcement or punishment?

Because like we can like cherry pick a nitpick about the way various people are responding. But I think at the end of the day, this shouldn't be.
