experiences in our childhood and things that we get raised by our parents and our experiences

in life with our partners and how people respond to us and teach us. We didn't react to that and

have different styles of attachment and how we're attached to people. Very fascinating. How it

affects our relationships. And we dive a lot into that. And Sylvie is very helpful and very

enlightened in the topic. And it's a really fun and interesting conversation. And she just has a

really cool Instagram. Instagram is becoming a neat way for therapists to help people, like

understand how is that boundaries? And, you know, yeah. Well, like I said, Sylvie is amazing.
