Summary

Michael Vick. The name alone creates polarization for a number of different reasons. At the peak of his NFL career, Vick was forced off the field for two years after pleading guilty to running a dog fighting ring. After serving his time and paying his debt to society, he excelled in his return to the NFL and has been an advocate for the Humane Society ever since. Although this is the case, he has recently been in the news and has been chastised for past transgressions that happened over 14 years ago. Fair warning; this episode could piss you off. Today I'm simply looking to start a discussion.

Michael Vic, the name itself creates a polarizing response. If you don't know who Michael Vic is, he was

0:47.2

an NFL quarterback who played for the Atlanta Falcons and then followed up by believe the Philadelphia Eagles

0:58.3

during his career.

Now I remember playing PlayStation when I was younger and I always chose the team that had Michael

1:07.0

Vic.

1:08.0

As funny as that sounds, I like the fact that he was a mobile quarterback and he could run and he was

1:11.6

very athletic and very agile.

1:16.2

Now I share all this because I'm not really an NFL fan.

1:19.4

I'm not against the NFL.

1:20.4

I just don't really care to watch. I don't watch much TV in general, let alone to feel

1:27.0

constrains that would require me to sit by a television all day, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Saturdays, whenever the different games

1:36.1

would be played.

1:37.1

I don't really care about that.

1:39.4

And not enough, it's not really what this episode's about. I like this episode is about forgiveness. It's

1:47.6

about forgiveness for a couple different reasons.
