Summary

Time. It's the one asset we can't currently reproduce and have no hope to gain back. As least that's what everyone would have you believe. Most of us fall victim to the mindset that immediately responding to texts and emails is the only way to progress in business. Those same people would be shocked to know that the exact opposite is true. Every time we break our concentration due to an email or text alert, we're setting ourselves back not just minutes, but sometimes hours or days. This adds up to a staggering lack of productivity simply due to notifications. On today's quick hitting episode I explain how you can gain back not only your time and productivity, but also your sanity.
