Yeah, absolutely. I'm happy to do so.

I graduated from Ohio State back in 2004 with a concentration in accounting.

I moved on to a company called International

Paper that was headquartered on Memphis, Tennessee.

I spent about eight years with international paper, predominantly in a finance and management

rotational program.

I spent about half my time in corporate development and strategy, and the other half of my time out in the field in various operations and financial management rules.

During my time in corporate development and strategy, I worked on the acquisitions of Warehouser, which is a $6.3 billion carve out of their packaging business.

And then the hospital takeover of Temple Inlands, about a $4.3 billion carve out of their packaging business. And then the hostel takeover of Temple Inlands, but a $4.1 billion hustle takeover.
