| 1:14.6 | Sure. So I'm from Pennsylvania. I live near the Philadelphia area just outside the city. |

| 1:31.3 | Sure. So out of undergrad, I knew that I wanted to work in real estate, real estate finance. |
| 1:39.3 | I'd had some experiences during undergrad working as property manager and subcontractor to be |
| 1:45.8 | involved in real estate and quickly realized that that was two parts of real estate I did not |
| 1:51.1 | want to be involved in. What did it be more involved in the real estate finance side? |
| 1:54.9 | From there, I was in a kind of a secondary market, not a lot of developers in my area that would necessitate |
| 2:06.0 | hiring a full-time analyst. So they were really only two in my county where I lived. One did |
| 2:15.3 | hotels, one did self-storage. I knew the guy with hotels growing up, |
| 2:20.5 | but he wasn't hiring, he was looking at bringing on an analyst, but the self-storage guy was. |
| 2:26.3 | So from there, that's how I got into the niche of self-storage. |
