So it would be great if you could give the listeners a quick summary of your background.

I know you've done a lot, so even the summary may take a little while, but it'd be great

just to get that context.

Sure.

My career started at what is now CBRE, commercial real estate, when I graduated college.

And I spent roughly six years there prior to going to back to business school, which I did full time while working full time,

doing like 60, 65 hours a week.

So that was an interesting thing.

From there, I then applied and got into NYU to do a master's in applied economics.

So moved to East Coast, set up shop in New York, started going to school full-time.

That's interesting.

You went from an MBA straight to a master's in applied economics.
