It's incredible how much things can change in a year.  A little over a year ago, we moved into an office space that was literally an empty concrete box.  Since then, we've painted the floors, built a podcasting room, built a set for shooting videos, had graffiti done on the walls, and much more.  When it comes down to it, we've been investing money in something we don't own. My thoughts then progressed the commute I'm making every day. Once I added up all the variables, I realized things just don't make sense.  Literally.
