Let me preface this by saying I’m not a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and I don’t hold any specialized degrees. This episode about what drives every decision we make and everything we do is solely based on things I read and personal beliefs. What’s strange about the ego is that the things that bother us the most tend to be the things we want the most in our own lives. The ego also tends to hold onto things from our past out of fear of loss, even if that thing from the past no longer serves us. Listen to find out how an unhealthy ego can be your downfall, but a healthy ego can propel you to heights you never imagined.
