Summary

It’s likely at some point in your life you’ve heard the quote “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” While there’s certainly some validity to this, it’s not all that concrete. You’re actually the average of the people and habits you engage with on a daily basis. Yes, that means people you follow on Facebook, the music you listen to, the gym you attend, and the place that you work. Literally everything that touches your five senses needs to be audited on a regular basis to ensure that what you do serves you in the moment and is helping you progress. Listen to see how I’ve approached this concept in my own life.

1:01.4

incredible people in my life I get to spend a lot of great time with a lot of great people

1:06.3

But it only matters if I'm willing to be open to the possibility of accepting the way that they live. Right I have to audit who they are. I have to

1:17.1

audit what they do. I have to audit the way they show up for themselves and

1:21.8

then decide if that's something that I want to

1:24.0

emulate and is it going to propel me to a new place?

1:29.6

A perfect example of this is, as I go back in my life there was a time period which I have

1:37.4

shared very openly when I was working at a car dealership group here in

Where I was associating with a man, name doesn't really much matter, but he enjoyed the company of a woman.

But not just one woman, one or two women a day. And not just one or two women a day, like as many women as would pay him attention, he was fine

2:16.0

enjoying their company.

2:18.6

Now I had a comparable or similar friend that was at the previous store that I was at.

and he too enjoyed the company of multiple women.
