Summary

The words we use and the way we speak have a quantifiable impact on what we can achieve. It’s honestly incredible how our vocabulary has the ability to increase or limit our success. Take the word “try” for instance. How many of us say we’re going to try to do something? I’d imagine most of your hands just went up. The fact is when we tell ourselves we’re going to “try” to do something we’ve already given ourselves a way out. If we “try” to do something, we aren’t committing to doing anything at all, likely because we don’t want to do whatever we’re trying in the first place. Today we’re going to explore the power of doing and why making a firm decision will greatly impact how you show up in the world.
