How frequently are you giving maximum effort? For so long, I wanted to be a professional bodybuilder. Through training, dieting, and contest prep, I had convinced myself I was doing everything needed to reach my goal. In hindsight, I was maybe putting out 70% effort. Listen as I talk results, putting out maximum effort, and how I used my bodybuilding story to motivate myself in other areas of life.
